how do u do a mii parade? do u have to have internet on your wii? everytime i go there it just says no one is here

You have to make your own Wii people and then be hooked up to the internet.

    Have Internet Connection on Wii, get Wii Friends, then set your Miis to Mingle, then have the Wii on at the same time as your friends.
