You need a wireless router to hook your wii up to the internet, go to http://www.nintendowifi.com/global/AboutWiFi_Wii.jsp

You need to have an internet connection to download games
Once you have that go to the “Wii Shop Channel”
You can download games from past systems or games made just to download
These games cost Wii Points (100 Wii Points= $ 1)
You can buy Wii Points using your credit card or
You can buy a 2000 Point card from most stores for $ 20
