A very basic game, with your only real motive being to get to the ground floor fast finding all 5 documents. The zapper works good as the movement and aiming reticle are tied together in this game. Basic short bursts of fun for fans of Elevator Action and super simple shooters.

Pretty much what $10 gets you nowadays.

OK. I am the sucker that actually owns this game. It is by far the worst graphics I have seen in 5 years. It plays like an old FPS. I guess if you want nostalgia, then it may be for you. If you want a game that looks like it was made this century then I would stay away. It is kind of fun, though.

Let me start off by saying that I have been playing video games for well over a decade, and I have never played a game as bad as Spy Games: Elevator Mission for the Wii. There are so many flaws with the game that I don’t even know where to begin with my criticisms.

One major problem with the game is the inability to turn sharply, and considering almost all parts of the game require you to quickly turn around corners to avoid enemy gunfire, it turns out to be a game-destroying flaw. I am not one to usually bash graphics, but the game appears to have been made in the early N64 days when developers were just starting to grasp 3D gaming. In addition to these problems, there are only three different types of enemies in the game, and the sight of them gets old very quick.

The actual guns you use in the game are dreadful. Somehow, the pistol that you are first given turns out to be the best gun in the game, and the machine gun found later in the game surprisingly does almost no damage.

Spy Games: Elevator Mission’s website even claims that it is a direct sequel to a game that does not even exist. When I emailed the company responsible for the game months ago, I waited for weeks for a response….and I am still waiting. The fact that the developers thought it was okay to release this game on the market and scam people out of their hard-earned money is appalling, and shovelware like this should not be touched with a ten-foot pole. Undeniably one of the worst video games ever, if not THE worst.

no, REALLY… it’s no HALO, but it IS a nice little FPS!

the graphics are somewhat lacking, and the sound effects are BEYOND bad, but gameplay is VERY entertaining. levels are quite challenging in the time-limit alloted, and the randomly-generated levels make for infinite replayability. i sincerely hope that the producers decide to put in the time to improve the graphics & sound-effects and re-release it – i’d buy it again if these 2 areas were improved upon…

overall, i’d give it 3 1/2 Stars; the graphics & sound drag that rating down from the 5 Stars that the entertaining-[...]

This game blows. It was boring and repetitive. I only paid $10 for it and I immediately regretted it.
