The Wii version put my 8 year old daughter to tears. The game is poorly designed where the controls won’t work (even for adults) in sections. Loved the previous games they made for gamecube but took this game back after struggling for 20 minutes to make the Bratz move. Not worth it.

The game is okay but the controls and manoevering the brat is a little difficult for a child to get the hang off. The one interesting thing is the dress up segmant and the cell phone feature. its a game you have to walk your child through.

This game is just flat-out fun. The characters are funny, funny-looking, some are good and some are horrible.

It seems as though Atari was intimidated by the Wii Sports version of baseball with it’s simple yet fun control scheme. This game is what happens when a company tries too hard at something that doesn’t need anything more then motion for the most part. What kills me about this game is the fact it basically pauses just before the pitch is thrown… so it can tell you HOW to pitch. Running the bases is another question mark within the control layout. Especially when trying to explain to my 6-year old (who is very adaptable when it comes to computers and video games) it quickly became inexplicable. The PC version of the Backyard Sports games have always been a lock, this game is nothing close in quality.

Fun game, but it took us a little time to get the hang of it. Fun for the entire family.

This game, while cute, is not well executed. Inevitably at some point in the game (specifically while playing a season as the Red Sox in the first game of the season vs. the Yankees), the pitcher only wants to pick off the runner at first base. The game obviously is unplayable at that point.
My suggestion is to not get this game at all, because if it does fail you will not be able to return the game (you can only exchange it for the same title). Thus, we’re stuck with a game that doesn’t work. Don’t make the same mistake.

had a fun time playing this version on Wii – loved it on computer, but even better through Wii.
